Accessibility Statement
We want everyone who visits the Patterson Unified School District website to feel welcome, informed, and rewarded by the experience.
What are we doing?
To help us make the Patterson Unified School District website a positive and informational place for everyone, we follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.
The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA, and AAA). We have chosen Level AA as the target for the Patterson Unified School District website.
In addition to following these standards, we periodically use the accessibility checker built into our content management system to review pages, identify issues, and confirm compliance. We also keep logs of updates and improvements so we can track our progress and continue to make the website more accessible and useful over time.
How are we doing?
We have worked hard on the Patterson Unified School District website and believe we have achieved our goal of Level AA accessibility. We monitor the website regularly to maintain this, but if you do find any problems, please let us know.
