LCAP & Strategic Plan

Our strategic plan is a framework comprised of focus areas our district has prioritized through collaboration with district personnel, students, and a variety of community partners to achieve for our students and staff over the next five years.

These focus areas represent areas of need and passion uncovered through current state analysis and community listening sessions which took place in the Fall of 2022. 

Guided by a general purpose statement and set of core values, each focus area is assigned key initiatives which describe how the district will work annually to achieve its strategic plan.
